How to request permanent deletion of your ShatPat Mart account and data

Your Right to Delete Your Account

You can request the permanent deletion of your ShatPat Mart account at any time. Once deleted, your personal information, order history, and profile data will be permanently removed from our systems.

⚠️ Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your order history, saved addresses, and account data will be erased. If you have any pending or active orders, please wait for them to be completed before requesting deletion.

What Gets Deleted

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion through either of these methods:

  1. Via Email (Recommended)
    Send an email to shatpatmart@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include your registered mobile number in the email body. We will process your request within 7 business days.
  2. Via the Android App
    Open the ShatPat Mart app → Go to Profile → Tap Settings → Select Delete Account → Confirm deletion. Your account will be scheduled for deletion immediately.
  3. Via the Web App
    Log in at shatpat.com/app → Go to your Profile → Scroll down and select Delete Account.

Data Retention

After your deletion request is processed, your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by Indian law (e.g., financial transaction records for tax and audit purposes), but it will not be used for any other purpose and will be deleted as soon as legally permitted.

Before You Delete

If you're having issues with the app or have concerns about your account, our support team is happy to help before you proceed with deletion. Sometimes a simple fix or change of settings resolves the issue.
