Welcome to ShatPat Mart. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Service Description
ShatPat Mart provides delivery of daily essentials, groceries, snacks, beverages, and convenience items within selected areas of Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Availability of service may vary based on location and operational conditions.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this application. By using ShatPat Mart, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Orders
- All orders are subject to product availability at the time of placing the order.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
- Order confirmation does not guarantee delivery if stock becomes unavailable.
- You must provide accurate delivery address and contact details. ShatPat Mart is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
4. Pricing
- All prices listed in the app are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- A delivery charge may apply depending on your service area and order value.
5. Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
- ShatPat Mart is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
- Delivery is available only within our designated service areas in Shimla.
6. Payments
- Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, or other available payment methods.
- All transactions are processed securely. We do not store full payment card details.
- In case of payment failure, please retry or contact our support team.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.) are non-returnable once delivered.
- Damaged, expired, or incorrect items must be reported immediately at the time of delivery to the delivery partner.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method or store credit.
- To raise a refund request, contact us via the Support section in the app or email us.
8. User Conduct
- You agree not to misuse our platform, including placing fake orders or engaging in fraudulent activity.
- Any misuse may result in immediate account suspension.
9. Limitation of Liability
ShatPat Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including delays, unavailability of products, or delivery issues beyond our reasonable control.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the ShatPat Mart app and website, including logos, text, and design, is the intellectual property of ShatPat Mart. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
